Hi Mandara, class was amazing today. Yoga has been a de-stress activity for me especially during my exams I always looked forward to our classes. Just to take a minute for myself and prepare myself for a day of learning. It has also helped me come up with a daily routine.
Before starting yoga was used to waking up at 7:30-8:00 and I never had time to exercise in between work and studies but since I started waking up early for yoga I have the time to exercise and plan my day accordingly.
I've especially come to love the strength classes, it gives me an opportunity to push myself a little everyday and bring me closer to my health goals. Overall it has been a rejuvenating experience.

Working out can be so intimidating! Just being in 20's it's hard to set up a routine.
Just imagine if your parents are forced into it!
Last October my Mum was strictly asked to lose weight, which let me and my Mum literally petrified. I was scared for her health and just the thought of it was overwhelming.
Parents can never see their kids sick! Well, kids can never imagine seeing them go through bad health either.
Just when I was struggling to help my mom get better and feel good about her self, a good friend of mine threw a lifeline.

She's been an angel! Not only did she help my Mum regain her health by losing 18 kilos, that's right.....she was 95 when we started in October and now she's 77, she also helped her gain her confidence back.
I can surely see a very bright change in her and it makes me so happy that she feels good about her and her health has been well since.
Mandara has been so nice with her that I'm sure my mum considers as her friend and not a personal trainer.
I hear little cute things that she shares with her and has been so comfortable through.
When I said to my Mum that I'm getting you a personal trainer, she was so scared at first and just within days they have been in such a good space that even i didn't have .🤣
The transformation has helped my family experience a new lifestyle altogether and the compliments won't stop as we can see the change visibly.
It surely has been a challenge too, following the routine, getting exercises done, for a woman who never imagined working out and maintaining a diet......but Mandara has been so patient with her and guided all the way during this journey. Couldn't thank her enough.

Hey mandara happy international yoga day 🧘♀
Thanks to you my guru who is teaching me a lot through yoga.
Every day now feels powerful and it is always calming to do yoga. I used to be very anxious during meetings or delivery calls now I just breathe in and breathe out🫢, more stretching and less stressing 😂.
Not just this my sleep schedule has changed 8 hours sleep for sure😴. I am more flexible 💪and since my job makes me sit like from 9-9 sometimes 👩💻, I had really bad back pains but now it’s gradually been coming down slowly. Looking forward what and all ways my body is gonna change in the coming days.
